Elevation normal, water 78. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, plastic baits and flukes at 15-20 ft. around brush structure, standing timber and points. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on cut bait, chicken liver and punch bait at 10-15 ft. along channels, the river mouth and river channel. Crappie good on minnows, tube jigs and jigs at 20-25 ft. around standing timber and brush structure. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

. Elevation dropping, water 80 and stained. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on tube jigs, lipless baits, Money Minnow and topwater jigs down to 5 ft. around rocks, points and in the main lake. Several smallmouth caught in early morning. White bass good on buzz baits, lipless baits, small lures and topwater lures at 25 ft. in the main lake, around points, coves and riprap. Crappie, sunfish and bluegill good on tube jigs, jigs, small lures and spoons at 22 ft. around creek channels, brush structure and docks. Report submitted by Jack Melton.

Elevation dropping, water 71 and stained. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on buzz baits, crankbaits, topwater lures and worm tipped jig heads from the surface to 14 ft. in coves, in the main lake and along rocks. Crappie, bluegill and sunfish good at 23 ft. along creek channels, brush structure and docks. White bass slow on crankbaits, lipless baits, jigs and small lures from the surface to 22 ft. in the main lake and around points. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
