Elevation normal, water 89 and muddy. Striped bass, white bass and striped bass hybrids fair on topwater lures, sassy shad and crankbaits below the dam. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, stinkbait, worms and shad at 1-6 ft. below the dam and along flats. Walleye slow on sassy shad and jigs below the dam. Paddlefish slow below the dam. Elevation rising, water 90 and muddy. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, worms and stinkbait at 2-12 ft. along flats, the river channel and below the dam. Flathead catfish fair on live bait, sunfish, worms and live shad at 3-8 ft. below the dam and around rocks. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids excellent on sassy shad, live shad and swim baits below the dam. White bass good on grubs, jigs and in-line spinnerbaits below the dam.
