Elevation normal, water 74. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on Alabama rig and plastic baits on brush structure, off points and standing timber. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, crawfish, cut bait, punch bait and worms on flats, along riprap, rocks and in the shallows. Crappie good on jigs, minnows and tube jigs on brush structure, off points and standing timber. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

Elevation rising, water murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and standing timber. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on minnows and sassy shad below the dam. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on cut bait and live bait in the main lake and river channel. The lake elevation is above average and the water clarity is normal. White, striped and hybrid bass show fair action on live shad and sassy shad below the dam.  Catfish are good on cut bait and live shad on the main lake, creek channels and river channel.  Largemouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits and plastics covers and riprap.  Submitted by Game Warden Terry Springwater.
